The next Mayor of Toledo needs to be a pro-active (I hate the word but it fits in this case), hands on person who dearly loves this city. Deep roots in Toledo are important to prove the committment the person has to our city. The next Mayor should not have a personal adgenda, but must be willing to do what is best for the whole city. The next Mayor needs to be business oriented by profession so that job creation and economic growth are at the forefront of city policies. The next Mayor must realize that the job of running the city is not to micro-manage, but to delegate; to appoint and choose qualified assistants, not political buddies; to make policy based on freedom and opportunity, not on the wishes of special interest groups. Rob Ludeman fits this recipe to a T. Go Rob- beat JaFo!

The next mayor should do the bidding of the citizens of Toledo, not for himself and his cronies.

The next mayor should purge the present administration and put qualified people in positions.

The next mayor should participate in community activities and promote Toledo in a POSITIVE light.

The next mayor should do something more toward the community than trim trees.

The next mayor should NOT subject himself to "racial pressure" when bids on community projects are presented.

The next mayor should, last but not least, include Toledo in his heart when introducing ordinances and delegating authority LOGICALLY.

....will hopefully have a better campaign manager than Rob has.

I don't think "seclusion" is a campaign strategy.
